Shipping & Payment Info
Crescent Root Studio uses USPS and UPS to ship orders in the United States .   As our range of models expands, we are finding it increasingly difficult to keep painted versions of each in stock.  Therefore, once a customer has placed an order, we will promptly reply with an email stating the expected shipping date for the order  and give the option of a full refund if the delay is unacceptable.  

Generally, items weighing less than 4 pounds will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery).  Heavier items may be shipped via UPS (3-7 day delivery).  International orders will need to be calculated on a case-by-case basis.  International customers please email us for a shipping quote.

 Payments can be made online with a credit card via Paypal.  You do not need to have a Paypal account to pay via this method.  It is fast, safe and free.  Crescent Root Studio is a verified Paypal business member. None of your personal credit card information is shared with us.  We reserve the right to refuse payments via Paypal that use unconfirmed addresses.

Money orders are also accepted.  Personal checks will require a 10-14 day clearing period.  Please email us if you are planning to pay via money order or check so that we can insure your items will be ready for shipment once payment arrives.  Money orders and checks (made out to Mark Neimeyer) can be sent to:
